The thesis describes Stephan Meyer's research about radical organizational change by interviewing experienced change agents. The change agents from all over the world shared their points of view about what constitutes radical change when your business should apply it. And how it can succeed. The interviews resulted in a collection of 176 insights that have condensed into a clear framework, the Sacred Cow Framework. One of the interviews became known as the "James Bond Interview."
Stephan is also the host of the GSA podcast, the official podcast of the association of professional speakers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
